I love my job and get a lot of satisfaction from helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. When I'm not working I enjoy scuba diving and travel with my husband Tom. We also love to play with our 5 pound Yorkie. Her name is Sophie! Our home is in Frankin where we live on two acres and spend a lot of time on the deck watching the birds and listening to the wind move through the tall oak trees. We also collect wine and enjoy a good bottle or two on the weekends.

Wow - what a great idea. I bet that works really well in MI with all the vacant homes on the market. Vacant homes look so forlorn; having a person live in the home makes it look better, I'm sure

Eva has not tried this kind of staging yet, but what she has done is to "stage" the home to look like it is lived in. Furniture, throw rugs, etc. The home has not sold yet, but the showings have increased, and the comments are more encouraging for our seller.
