Interesting Zillow Report on Current Market Conditions and Seller Perceptions

I thought you might find this interesting. Each quarter Zillow does a Homeowner Confidence Survey, we just released Q2 findings. This quarter we found 62% of homeowners believe their home’s value has increased or stayed the same in the past year yet 77% of U.S. homes actually declined in value.
